True stories

#1 In The spring of 94 My sons were playing on their playhouse which was as high as the house roof, it was a storage shed on the bottom and a playhouse on top, well the boys decided to take the roof off the playhouse, well they ended up taking out some nails and then dismanteled the roof, it was in bad shape before they done anything so actually it was good they were taking the roof off and dropping it to the ground, I was supervising and they were not on the roof then all of a sudden I had to go in...just for a second, as I came out I was watching my youngest falling to the ground a full story (roof to ground) with a large piece of plywood pratically on top of him as he was going down, I screamed and all of a sudden everything was in slow motion as I was running over to Jay, when I got there which was only about 10feet away (had a very tiny yard) Jay was pushing up the plywood and a bit panicked and slighly sniffling, he got up easily so I knew nothing was broke and I ripped his clothes off looking for cuts, bruises, asked if he hurt anywhere, wiggle all your fingers and toes and all the rest of your body parts, he did. and ou know what I found on him...NOT 1 SINGLE MARK on his body, let me tell you I searched, I was ready to rush him to th hospital. I asked him what happened, (and I had meant how did he fall from roof) but he told me an angel let him down... and he was only 2-1/2. And reliving it seemed he was blessed on that day cause I saw the wood land right on him, but I don't remember a crash, it was like Jay landed on Pillows, and pillows between him and the plywood.

#2 It was late Jan 95 we were planning our move to PA (leaving LA March 1st, 1995 no matter what!) well I had to go to Washington state to pick up my waterbed and my deceased dads car toolbox and a few other items that my family was storing for me, me and the boys went, stayed nearly a month with family and friends, hubby stayed in Los Angeles to clear stuff up there before we split to PA for good...well it was time to leave Walla Walla, Wash. It was real foggy out that morning around 7ish am said our see ya's and left well I was traveling along and all of a sudden I did not know where I was, I could see the road or the lines or even the front of my pickup, got out my map, but of course it is not to scale so I had to guess how far an inch was in miles hehe, well I made it to a supposedly intersection this is what it looked like on the map, now I didn't know if the street/hiway was 1 way or 2 I sat at the X mark, I could barely see something red that resembled a stop sign, I sorta inched out hoping to see something couldn't, so I stopped clasped my hands together in my lap, and feet flat on the floor, bowed my head, scared to death, I asked what do I do now, I can't see the traffic none, nill etc... all of a sudden my pickup just went flying across the street all the way across and stopped dead in its tracks my arms had flown up behnd me and feet still on the floor kids screaming etc... we stopped and then I panicked because as we flew across the street I saw on my drivers side a big blue 18wheeler headed straight for me with a trailer loaded on and going at least 80 well it may have only been 60 but still in the fog, you must be down right crazy, it was sorta a feeling as tho that truck went right thru us...chills up my neck brbrrrrbrr well we were fine and the fog lifted some so we could see and we made it home the same day and it had taken us 4 days to get up to walla walla well I took the coast up and the 5 home hehe

#3 I recently had a experience... (November 97) I was going to pick up my shipment of 35% food grade peroxide...dealer could not get it to me and I'm a stickler to get my goods out to customers etc...the weather was real bad, real bad snow storm and I had to drive over 60 miles each way and when the drive only took me an hour took me almost 3 I couldn't believe it, I drove about 20-30 all the way, well I decided to just take my time and listen to the radio, after about an hour the radio got all fuzzy and I heard there was a deer up a head, no way I said that just came out of the blue, ok I said I'm listeneing, if so help it out of the road, and on to safety so no one gets hurt or any damaged cars or animals etc...and sure enough shortly after I said get it to safety, the car ahead of me pratically slammed on his brakes, I was prepared, even tho I was somewhat skepticle(sp) cause it had been a strange way to get my attention, but it worked and all was fine after that and the radio went back to normal, no static like nothing ever happened.
